The Dunning Primary School runs an After School Club for football training and practice. Generally this ASC is for children from Primaries 4,5,6 and 7 although if any precocious talent is shown by primary 3 children then they too may be permitted to take part.
To date friendly matches have been arranged throughout the school year with neighbouring primary schools and we are currently trying to widen the net to take in school teams from further afield. Sponsorship of the ASC football was kindly provided by the School Parent Council and Smith Services for team football kits and by PKC After Schools live active coordinator for all football ancillary items such as goals and nets, training footballs, bibs and first aid kit. Our grateful thanks go to all our sponsors to date.
